We are excited to announce the 2nd annual baking contest! The event will be held at the 4th of July festival at the gazebo. City of La Vernia Red, White, and Boom Baking Contest is a nonprofessional baking competition open to the community. All entries must be homemade. One entry per person Entries must be submitted in a disposable container. We are not responsible for lost trays or containers.Entry forms need to be submitted by 5:00 PM on Friday, June 14th at La Vernia City hall or The Cooling Rack. Entry forms will also be accepted by email at events@lavernia-tx.govOnce you sign up you will be entered in to the contest.
